Main goals of the project

1. To further develop the veggie box schemes by engaging consumers
2. Bringing farmers and consumers closer together by raising consumer awareness
3. Exploring suitable solutions for smallholder farms to increase efficiency and support climate change adaptation, e.g. through an irrigation support system.

Overview

Green Box Čarna revolves around the sale and distribution of organic vegetable boxes that are made up of vegetables from local and regional growers. Activities include the collection of products from farmers, supporting farmers in their production activities, marketing, and delivering the boxes to consumers.
